Divine Heart Long Weekend Meditation Retreat with Craig Holliday
Join Craig for an intimate 4-day spring non-residential weekend meditation retreat in sunny San Diego, California on April 25 – 28, 2019.
Each day Craig will offer periods of Satsang along with guided, silent and walking meditations. Retreat is a time to let go of our daily lives and stories and reconnect with the depth of our own deepest True Nature. We will come together in this space of Truth, Love and Freedom and discover what we have always known — that what we are in the depth of our being is Awake, Aware, Radiant Love. Let us dive in and explore our Divine Heart, together.

Sunday, April 28: 8 am – 12 pm
We have rented a large home in Cardiff, Encinitas, CA 92007 to hold this retreat. The space is beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of room to enjoy your breaks there throughout the weekend if you choose. This will be a small, intimate retreat with plenty of time for going deep within. Once you have registered you will receive the exact address. It is approximately 25 miles north of the San Diego Airport (approx. 30 minute drive). Map

What To Pack/Bring:
Welcome to sunny San Diego in the springtime! Bring comfortable clothing and be sure to have some warmer shirts or a jacket in case the evenings are cooler outside. Sandals are welcome :) We will go out for some walking meditations. Bring a reusable water bottle.
Dining & Refreshments
We will have tea available each day. Please bring enough drinking water with you. For lunch and dinner breaks, there are many restaurant choices nearby, just a short drive from the retreat space. You can also bring your own food to eat during breaks at the house.
