Welcome to the third video in my Chakra Video Series recorded with Soulful Toz – the Solar Plexus Chakra or Manipura, 3rd chakra.

This chakra is located in the area between your belly button and the bottom of your rib cage. The intelligence of the 3rd chakra (solar plexus, Manipura) is good, healthy self-esteem. From a human perspective, that translates to:

Do I love myself?
Do I respect myself?
Do I take good care of myself?
Am I true to myself?
