Chakra Video Series #1: The Root Chakra

I have recorded a series of video interviews with Soulful Toz which are posted on her YouTube channel. The series is called “The Chakra Series” and we go through each chakra center and discuss them in depth; beyond the usual chakra associations of color, mantra, yantra, foods, etc.

The chakras are expressions of the soul… evolutionary aspects of our very divinity.

We started with the first chakra, known as the Root Chakra or Muladhara. This chakra is directly related to our relationship with life; how we connect with our tribe, our family, our ancestors. Are we grounded? Do we feel safe in the world?
