The Discovery of our Essential Self: An Online Meditation and Inquiry Retreat
Who Am I and How Shall I Live?

This online retreat will blend periods of meditation and inquiry sessions to support the recognition of our True Nature.

Every great sage who has ever lived concluded that what we are is the Divine. They may have used words such as Christ, Buddha Nature, True Nature, Pure Presence, Awake, or Enlightened. But all these words point to the basic truth that what we are is some form of Light, Love, Peace, or Freedom. Most of us do not know this though. Instead, we think of ourselves as a collection of thoughts and emotions. Yet, as long as we identify with our limiting beliefs and emotions, we will continue to live in some form of a trance of unconscious suffering. Psychological suffering will never end until we fully recognize that we are not our psychology — we are that which witnesses the play of psychology. We are the consciousness that is aware of the thoughts and emotions, which are the very script in this play of mind.

So much of our life is lived in a state of projection. We project our fear, our beliefs (both negative and positive), our politics, our assumptions, and our past. We are constantly projecting so many different views on the present moment. As we do this, we misinterpret what is actually here. Most of us are so blind to our projections and confused by our feelings that we do not even know what is actually happening within our own experience. Let us join together to explore the freedom of Nondual Spiritual Awakening and:

  • Develop a radical clarity and honesty about what is true and false in one’s life.
  • Awaken out of the false sense of self and into true nature.
  • Let go of that which does not serve you and access greater realms of Divinity as a manifestation of one’s True Nature.
  • Heal and move forward in an embodied, practical, awakened way.

Retreat is a unique opportunity to drop your daily constraints and to realize a profound silence that is eternally present in all of our lives. From this space of silence, we will join together in Satsang and explore the direct experience of Buddha Nature. Join us as we explore the healing and liberating clarity of our being, which is found through embodying our Divine Intelligence within each of the 7 chakra centers.

Each session will offer a meditation followed by a transmission of the teaching with opportunities for questions and reflection.

During this intimate retreat, Craig will offer Satsang, meditation, and inquiry periods. Come with an open and humble heart and explore what you are beyond your limited egoic nature.
