As humans, we tend to be mentally and emotionally driven. We see life through these two mundane lenses of perception. But the path of spiritual awakening invites us to know ourselves beyond these two lenses. On the spiritual path, we often try to see our lives through the lens of mindfulness or the lens of the heart. But, these two lenses tend to be influenced, corrupted and co-opted by our thinking mind and emotions. In this retreat, we will look at a radically different approach, where we know ourselves as the very mind of God.
